We did a walk through of the areas of the carpet I was needing to have cleaned and we talked through the final pricing as well as the estimated timeframe clearly and professionally, and the carpets turned out great! I have a 12.5 year old dog whose bladder has started to age and Randy was able to make the carpets look and smell as if they were brand new! I would highly recommend his services and will absolutely look to use his services again :) I should’ve taken a before and after pic, however, you can see clearly how well the carpets turned out! No dark spots anywhere :) I was very happy with the final outcome!
