I didn’t even know my carpet was suppose to be white… he came witching 1.5 hours of calling him. Had a great attitude! And quality of work is just amazing! Randy was great, from the time I submitted a request for a quote and got a very fast response, until the end when he left our house leaving our carpet and couches super clean. It was a big job, and we have pets. Randy worked almost 6 hours nonstop, taking care of our carpet, area rug, and couches making sure everything was clean and deodorized. And he is a super nice guy too!

Randy was AMAZING! He was very clear with his communication ahead of the appointment as well as the day of the appointment. He was polite, courteous, and just genuinely a friendly guy! We did a walk through of the areas of the carpet I was needing to have cleaned and we talked through the final pricing as well as the estimated timeframe clearly and professionally, and the carpets turned out great! I have a 12.5 year old dog whose bladder has started to age and Randy was able to make the carpets look and smell as if they were brand new! I would highly recommend his services and will absolutely look to use his services again :) I should’ve taken a before and after pic, however, you can see clearly how well the carpets turned out! No dark spots anywhere :) I was very happy with the final outcome!
